In cases of androgenetic alopecia, if the hair transplant is viable, a preliminary pharmacological treatment is initiated to prepare the scalp for the intervention.
During the in-person consultation, the doctor conducts a thorough analysis of the patient’s hair and scalp condition. Dr. Espinosa usually implants around 2000 follicular units per session. This condition is part of our excellence protocol, ensuring that all follicles (grafts) survive in the transplanted area. Through this process, we ensure that all grafts are correctly placed, choosing the direction, depth, and position of each one.
However, each patient has characteristics that are studied individually. At the doctor’s discretion, sessions may reach 2,500 to 2,600 follicular units. All team members assisting Dr. Espinosa Custodio during the surgery are clinic employees and have adequate training and experience.
If your case requires more follicular units to reverse alopecia, a two-day transplant will be carried out.

The minimum price for a transplant is $85,000 MXN.
