Hair transplant in Mexico
- Both the extraction and implantation are performed by Dr. Espinosa Custodio.
- Typically, Dr. Espinosa Custodio attends to two surgical patients per week.
Our hair transplant rates are calculated based on the follicular units required by each patient according to their degree of alopecia.
The final price will be scaled according to the following scenarios:
Shaved

Semi-shaved, with extraction window, or with previous surgery

Example: A shaved surgery with 3,750 Follicular Units will have a total price of $ 200,000 MXN. This will be calculated as follows:
2,000 UFs x $60 MXN/FU = $120,000 MXN
1,000 UFs x $50 MXN/FU = $50,000 MXN
750 UFs x $40 MXN/FU= $30,000 MXN
Total 3,750 UFs = $200,000 MXN
UFUE – long hair, scars, eyebrows, beard, and mini-sessions or small surgeries: starting from $ 100 MXN € per follicular unit.
The minimum price for surgery is $80,000 MXN.
What does hair transplant include?
Consultations in Mexico
- Consultations*: from $1,250 MXN
- Online Consultations (Video-call)*: from $1,250 MXN
- Online Consultations (Form)*: Free.
- Blood test, simple biopsy or trichotest: to be consulted.
Consultations:
*The amount of the trichological consultation must be paid in the confirmation of the appointment. Once reserved, there will be no possibility of changing or refunding the amount. The appointment will be confirmed once the consultation payment has been made.
