The Instituto Médico del Prado Loyalty Program offers special financial conditions to current or former clinic patients and to people who come to us by referral. Family members or friends attending together are also eligible.
Who is eligible?
Both the extraction of follicular units using the FUE technique and their implantation using the DHI technique are performed entirely by our doctors.

Clinic patients
Patients who have already received a hair treatment or hair transplant at our clinic.

By referral
Patients who visit the clinic following a direct recommendation from a patient of Instituto Médico del Prado.

Family or friends
Two or more family members or friends who visit the clinic together to undergo a hair treatment or hair transplant.
Our patient care team will confirm eligibility conditions before preparing your quote.
Hair transplant

The applicable technique and rate will be determined during the medical evaluation, especially in repair cases or patients with a previous hair transplant.
Calculation of rates per Follicular Unit (FU) and minimum fees
Rates are calculated based on the follicular units required for each patient, the chosen modality, and the doctor performing the hair transplant.
For example, for a fully shaved hair transplant of 2,000 FUs under the Loyalty Program:
- With Dr. Espinosa: €5,500.
- With Dr. Gallardo: €4,500.
The following minimum fees apply:
- Minimum fee of €4,000: For fully shaved hair transplants, beard, and eyebrows.
- Minimum fee of €4,500: For all other modalities (partial shave, window shave, unshaved, etc.) and in cases of a previous hair transplant.
These minimum fees apply to both doctors. If the calculation per follicular unit falls below the corresponding minimum, the minimum fee will apply.

The indication for the most suitable treatment, the number of sessions, and their frequency is established during the diagnostic medical consultation, based on the type of alopecia and the individual characteristics of each patient.

Treatment prescription and renewal are carried out during a medical consultation according to each patient’s progress.
Consultations and check-ups already included in a contracted hair treatment or hair transplant package are not charged again.
Referral reward
As a token of our appreciation for your trust, if someone you refer undergoes a hair transplant at our clinic, you will receive six months of oral or topical medication at no cost, according to medical assessment and prescription.
Program terms and conditions
- All hair treatments and hair transplants require an individual medical evaluation and indication.
- The number and frequency of sessions are established according to each patient’s needs and progress.
- Each person will receive an individual medical evaluation and quote. Hair treatments or transplants for family members or friends attending together do not need to be performed on the same day.
- Referred individuals may access the program conditions upon prior verification. Referrals do not generate additional cumulative special conditions.
- Each quote will detail the included services, the total fee, and the validity period.
